we are allowed 1 teaspoon of water flavourings from day 1 on ss rnt we? plse say yes cos i dont think i can have any more plain water today!!!

and we can use wth hot water cant we? i know i should know this i a jus havin a blonde day

You can make with hot or cold water ........... but water flavourings should be after the first 2 weeks!

oh nooooo wat kinda chance is there that it will slow me going into ketosis etc

hi i find it really hard to drink water as well. try crunching ice cubes instead much easier. also i was told we could drink perfectly clear kiwi and strawberry flavour only
