Potato points- raw or cooked?

Hi

1st week on WW and I'm stuck already!! The book says 100g serving of potatoes is 1 point but is this the raw weight or the cooked weight?

Can anyone help?
 
I always use the raw weight then cook them
 
Yep, same here! I use it as the raw weight. Is there much variation from raw to cooked I wonder?!
 
The book is for the potato raw, 100g of any type of potato you do, whether it be jacket, new, boiled etc is 1 point raw, only difference is mashed and roasted i believe!
