Does anyone know the syn value for the Tesco Wild Mushroom risotto dried 120g pack? Just doing an online shop and wondered if this is worth getting as a low syn dinner?
Thanks Auntie Me. That's higher than I expected but I think this is probably because it uses butter in the directions. I shall work out the cooked weight and deduct the butter syns to get the dried weight syn value. Thanks for your help x
