Hi,

Does anyone know how many syns are in a mini muller rice (original)?

i just had a mouthful of my little boys and its yummy!!

It says 103cals per 100g and the pot is 95g so am guessing about 5ish? but would be good to know for sure .. :sign0009:

There are various one but the plain are
Muller Mini Mullerice, Original, 6 pack 95g pot[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]

I don't use milk

I cook some pudding rice in just enough to cover the rice cook & until absorbed then mix either vanilla yog or fromage frais flavoured with vanilla essence & sweetner to taste.

Thanks, will definitely give that a try! I'm guessing you mean cook in water?

Yeah with water was typing at the same time as taking calls as I work in a call centre!!
