Hi everyone, haven't been on here for a long time, re-doing atkins as I got weighed at the doctors a couple of weeks ago and had a nasty shock I've done atkins in the past with good results so I had a little revision session and got back on the wagon
Today is day 13 of induction, I weighed myself after 5 days and had dropped 2lb, but don't own any scales so I have no idea how much i've currently lost! My boyfriend's mum has scales in her bathroom so that's where I tend to sneak a peek.
So far so good..don't feel like i've lost a great amount but stomach is looking flatter Need to go shopping as absolutely nothing to eat in the flat bar bacon and cheese..I need my eggs and salad!
Anyway here's to getting lots of good ideas and motivation, it's a big help here I've only just learnt about MiM's and oopsie rolls, what a revelation!
