Hi everyone, haven't been on here for a long time, re-doing atkins as I got weighed at the doctors a couple of weeks ago and had a nasty shock :( I've done atkins in the past with good results so I had a little revision session and got back on the wagon :D

Today is day 13 of induction, I weighed myself after 5 days and had dropped 2lb, but don't own any scales so I have no idea how much i've currently lost! My boyfriend's mum has scales in her bathroom so that's where I tend to sneak a peek.

So far so good..don't feel like i've lost a great amount but stomach is looking flatter :) Need to go shopping as absolutely nothing to eat in the flat bar bacon and cheese..I need my eggs and salad!

Anyway here's to getting lots of good ideas and motivation, it's a big help here :) I've only just learnt about MiM's and oopsie rolls, what a revelation!

Well, just bought some scales from asda, and I don't know if they're a bit off, but I weighed myself, and i've gone from 10st 12.5lb starting weight to 10st 4lb :D

Then found out my boyfriend is only 6lb heavier than me  but that won't be the case for long if I can help it!

Hi Sapphire! :wavey:
Relative new boy Steve here. :)

Hey guys, I've been on Lipotrim for 11 weeks now and have about 18 lbs to go. Would it be ok if I join ye? Apparently Atkins has very similar effects but uses food. LT is very expensive where I live - nearly €70 a week. So I was wondering how atkins is for everyone and if its expensive?

Hi Sapphire, nice to see you post,

Siobhi, is that extremely scanty or extremely scatty. ;)

Hey Jim, bit slow on the uptake today! I don't follow?

Siobhi, your nick means extremely scanty love. :)

Hahaha I was going for the small/slender definition of exiguous Jim hahahahhahaha nice one!
But I think I've proven your scatty theory correct... lol Hope your all having a lovely day.

Hi Siobhi, I notice from your stats that your BMI is now less than 25 - you should definitely be back on food now and at the very least working your way through refeed! Surprised your pharmacist hasn't said anything actually, the NICE guidelines don't recommend VLCD for anyone with a healthy BMI cos of the potential for lean mass loss and also the potential side effects.

And hi to Sapphire, nice start! :) Good luck with your weightloss.

Oh gosh, thanks doll, no they haven't mentioned anything and my LT goal is set to 9 stone 5. My BMI is not very accurate because I'm closer to 5'7 than 5'6 but not the full inch if ya get me?! I'm re-feeding tomorrow really looking forward to it as training on no food is getting increasingly difficulty

LOL yes I get you, I vary between 5"1 and 5"2 depending on time of day, time of the month, how tired I am, what the weather is like etc etc!

Even so you are well into the healthy BMI range now and especially if you are training you will need plenty of protein and simple sugars to rebuild those muscles!

Thanks a million that's very reassuring to hear, I wasn't sure I should be re-feeding yet but as I have a year left in university to pay for I can't afford to buy anymore LT its 67 euro a week thats £55 sterling here. It's been great though really sorted me out

short arses. :D

Hahaha cheers Jim! hahahaha

Looking fab Quak!
