Can't w8 2 b "Dr.WMBB" :)
Right i've been away for a number of weeks indulging myself etc etc but as september looms so does starting uni and I want to give a good impression and to do that I want to feel confident! Thus I want to lose 12lbs!

So todays diary:

  • Milk allowance: 3
Breakfast:
  • 2 X large tea/coffee: 0
  • Muller Light vanilla: 1.5
**AT WORK SO MISS LUNCH SO HAVE A BIG DINNER**


Dinner:
  • 100g colslaw: 3
  • 100g chicken: 2
  • lettuce/cucumber/peppers/onion: 0
  • 1 X tortilla wraps: 3
  • 1 X french fries: 1.5
  • 2 X mint penguin: 5

I have a birthday next friday which i can plan for easily but another one the week after which I cannot considering the restaurants are not in the book so i'll just have to choose carefull for then and hope for the best!
