Becareful tho hun, when i was on ww, i used the rich t to stock up on my points when i had a low point day and even tho i was within my points and exersized (swam 4 times in that week too lol) and that week i put on 2.5 lbs.

May be the biccies but may be the excerse for that week too.

Rich tea buiscuits are low in points, due to the amount of cals in them but there is a lot of fat in them.
