Amazing chicken dish! SOOO YUMMY and only 5.5 syns!

Hi everyone,

I have just made thee most naughtest dinner (apart from the salad that is) in the HISTORY of dinners! LOL. :D

Ok I took a chicken breast fillet (no skin or fat) wrapped it in lots of bacon (again fat removed) smothered it with Cathedral light cheese (84g - 2 x HEA) then topped with a bag of walkers ready salted crisps - bake in the oven for 40 mins 180 degrees and voila!

OMG - I am in food heaven! All this and only for 5.5 syns (crisps).

So delicious as the cheese and the salty bacon merge together! I want to eat it all over again. :crazy:

My husband loved it too. :candledinner:
 
I thought the same Sarah-Jayne when my sister in law told me about it!

But it is sooooooooooooooooooooo delicious!

Does sound good but do watch the salt content of something like this. Leave out the crisps would be a good suggestion. Salt causes water retention, which could show as a gain.
 
Stacey: Yup, you crush them quite small. I also put chilli flakes on the top too! :eat:
 
You could always use the Salt and Shake crisps and not put the salt in?

I have just put the syn values into the calculator online and it says these are 1.5 syns!!! I ate them and then thought it didnt seem right, typed it into google and it says they are 6.5 syns!!!! HELP :confused::confused::confused: x
