Week 6 weigh in

well done on your loss :) 3lb is really good,i wouldnt worry about your losses slowing down, if you are sticking to it it will all even out in the end :D my losses always vary , keep up the good work! xx

Well done on your weight loss, 3lbs off is a good result. Sometimes we will have a low result, not sure if its the body's way of dealing with fat reducing properties or water retention! Roll on for next week! :)
 
Well done on the 3lbs, I agree with the others though, 3lbs is a great loss to have each week. Almost a stone in a month so it's got to be good!
