Hiya

Anyone know how many syns are in the lemon and poppyseed muffins from Costco? Had a look online and can't see Costco/Kirkland on there

I know large muffins are 21 syns but I think these ones would be more than that??

Hope someone knows?! Thanks xx

I know! Had one as a WI treat last night which I never usually do. I think 10.5 syns for half a muffin is worth it tho, they're big and half is enough to satisfy a cake craving for me
