New to Extra Easy - facing a Wagamama hurdle!

Hi everyone, I joined up yesterday and so far day one is going well. But, I am meant to be going out for lunch tomorrow at Wagamama and I don't know how to Syn for it, so I'm hoping someone will be able to steer me in the right direction.

I'm going to have this:
Stir-fried chicken or prawns, courgettes, red onions, peppers, mushrooms and mangetout in a spicy chilli men sauce, served on soba noodles.

Am I right in thinking that the veg, prawns and noodles are all free on Extra Easy, so I would just need to Syn for the sauce and some oil to stir fry - but how much? Or should I just assume that I've used up my days allowance of Syns to be on the safe side?

Apologies for the many questions - I don't want to screw it all up on right at the start!

yes, your veg, prawns and noodles will all be free, but its difficult to say how many syns will be in the sauce, do you know the nutritional info? is it on the waga website? cos if you can get hold of it someone could put it through the calculator for you if you dont have access to it.

if it were me, id just put my whole days syns allowance to it and try and be a little extra good the rest of the week just incase! :) one of the main benefits to SW is that you can go out and eat normally - thats the great thing about this plan! go and enjoy your meal and try not to worry about it too much xx
 
Thank you ladies! They don't have nutritional info on the website so I'll just go with asking for less oil and allocating all my syns for the day. Cheers!
