Hi everyone
Does anyone know the syn value of a slush puppy? I love them! Hope it's not too much or a trip to the cinema will never be the same again !! Unless Nick cage was on screen and i would make do with a Diet Coke lol x

sorry don't know the syn value but, my guess it would be high because of the amount of syrup they use

If you could find out the calories and divide it by 20 you'll have the syns, 1 syn = 20 cals and this works on things you need to syn not on things that contain free food.

great thankyou. just had 28 grams of frut and fibre !!! Could still see the bottom of the bowl !!!! not good. starving.

Fill up on free foods, fruit, muller lights etc & use ur syns x
