Have followed diet strictly, doing extra easy, was losing fime to start with but past 3weeks no loss no gain- advice? Do I keep going ? what could be the problem?

My suggestion would be to try a few Red days if you are stuck. If I have a Red day, I tend to fill up on the meat/fish and veg/salad and not so much of the stodgy carbs.
