Don't know why but I'm really struggling to stay on track today, keep craving everything and anything to eat, do you ever get those days? I've been good all week and weighing in tomorrow so shouldn't be wanting to be naughty but I can't seem to forget about food, I haven't gone over my points but am worried I might so thought I'd write on here instead of eat maybe one of you guys have some tricks up your sleeves!:cry::sigh:
