chicken and mushroom pot noodle (confused)

Hey! I was looking through the weight watchers shop book and it says pot noodle is 2 points but when I looked on the point finder it said its like 7 points? I'm so confused..what do I go by? The shop book or point finder?

I've noticed this too! But I would have thought the packet will have correct information on it, I think I would count sevent so not to go over my points, althought Morrisons sell pot noodle in a sachet spicy curry which is only 2 points hth . Samx

What are the nutritional values on it. Id think it would be 7 I cant imagine itll be as low as 2 or wed probably have heard of that one

Hmm pot noodle haven't got a low fat version out have they?? very strange tbh could understand it if it was close together like book 5 and packet 7... but not 2 and 7 :-\
