i have worked out if i loose from this week 2lb a week. i have 56lb to loose to get to goal. that will take me to 26th jan, i know that some weeks i may not get 2lb so i am making my goal easter 2010 i think thats achivable
Good target - I am hoping for 1 - 1.5lbs loss a week. Heading on hols in October and want to be a stone lighter then. Would love to be down another one by Christmas. I think that this is achievable. Well I hope it is....just need to get the exercise legs on.
Tell me about it...I've been off work sick since March and am meeting some of them next week for lunch. I had said that I wanted to be thinner before I met them. I have lost some weight (19lbs) but would have loved a bit more off. What am I like? My health should me more important to me. Am not back to work till November/December and so I am determined that I am going to be going back to work lighter than I am now. I always put things on the long finger too - keep saying I'll do it from next week and then next week turns into the following week. See a pattern.....but you've given me a way out. You've 4 kiddies at home and have the time. I have no kiddies and will make the time. LOL!!!
Never go by anyones losses to 'predict' your own or aim too high as it's determental to the big picture. I aimed at 1.5lbs a week and when I lost 1/2lb and a gain which wasn't from goin off plan just us women are lucky not it makes it harder to stick at.
I'd say aim at 1lbs a week there's just under 22 weeks so aim fir 1.5 stones your likely to lose more but that way you won't feel if you don't hit 2 lbs a week, I made Christmas countdown challenge have a look at the weekly losses there we all lose differently I think there's been 16 weeks since begining x
