Need to vent!
Booked flights with Goldtrail who as I'm sure you all know are no more. I had no issues booking with them in the first plce - booked with them many times before in the past. I've been very lucky in that my parents managed to find alternative flights (booked in time before the prices rocketed!) and have kindly paid for them until I get the refund to pay them back.
Been in touch with my credit card issuer who haven't got a clue, and I've been given conflicting information left right and centre. Finally got a claim form so hopefully once it's sent off that will be the end of it.
Then it's the case of WHEN I'll get the money back!!!
