Hi All,

As title suggests, I've fallen off the wagon BIG TIME!
So today I start again, OH's brother getting married next August so that's something to aim for, oh to buy a dress from ANY shop on the High Street!!
So, will be going to back to the eating less and moving more way of thinking.

I am struggling big time and NEED some motivation and help along the way!!!!!

Am back on the wagon as of today... and so here goes.....

i am the queen of wagon falling, 2 weeks on holiday and put on 11lbs, hows that for a fall. you just need to get up and start again.

I know that feeling well... I don't think that there are cushions thin enough to cushion my fall!!!

BUT I have made it through day one of the return of the wagon... and am going to keep myself busy, busy, busy!
