Original Peas as a HE B

It says on the SW site that 113g of marrowfat/processed peas are a HE B option on a red day.
Are mushy peas the same do you think......or are they something different?
I have some that need using up in the fridge!!

I would use mushy peas in the same quantity as marrofat peas- they are pretty much the same thing but in thicker juice

lol thanks...decided not to have them as it would have meant opening another tin in order to get the full amount. And then I'd have another half used tin to use up!!
