Week 21 weigh in today and I lost 3.5lbs
Ive lost 40lbs and have 3lbs to go to the 100's
​

3 weeks ago I lost 3.5lbs I gained the following week thou I stuck to plan 100% so Im hoping to lose next week PLEASE 2 lbs for my 3 stones

Congrats on the super weight loss to date. I am sure that you will lose the 2lbs next week to get to the 3 stone marker. Well done - you are inspirational!

Have 67lbs until bmi 24.9 so I hope by oct 2011 my 42nd Birthday I'll reach it xx
