cottage cheese

Hi all

Have just come back to sw, but arnt going to class so my books are a year old and in this book it says cottage cheese was free on all plans but looking through some of the diaries people are synning it??

Can someone answer this for me please

If its the really Low Fat CC - then its FREE

I think if its got fruit in then its Synned.

But not sure about the chives one - someone else may know?

I know that the pineapple one is synned.
I have the Asda Good for You cottage cheese with chive and onion - delicious and free!
