Hi,
I am just triple checking the points in the meals I make and am unsure about the points in my breakfast. It's an adaptation of a WW 3pt recipe. In it I have
1 medium egg (0 points?)
1 medium egg white (2 points?)
1/2 tomato (0 points)
1/2 onion (0 points)
In addition I add 20g grated American Fat Free Cheddar - the nutritional value if have for this is 29 calories, 0.1g saturated fat and 0g fibre which on my Points Calculator is 0pts.
I either dry fry it with nothing added to the pan or microwave it.
So the whole breakfast is only 2points? Does that sound right? The WW one had 1/2 oz Light Philadelphia and was 3 points in total.
Thanks for any info - really want to do this right
