gosh just read the menu, it really is the deserts that get you there isnt it pft we eat there a lot and you dont realise what you are putting in your mouth do you. i would say go for the chicken breast with baby potatoes (lowest carbs) and get some salad from the salad cart to add to it, i would try not to have a desert but if you really have to the sundea best with cherry sauce is the lowest cals.
