Can I start out the day one colour, and then switch to EE?

I'm still getting my head round this so can you tell me whether I've wandered off track today?

I started this morning thinking I'd do a green day, so had:

2 eggs, 2 quorn sausages, baked beans, 1 piece toast (HeB), tomatoes and mushrooms.

Then cherries for a late morning snack.

Then baked potato, FF cottage cheese, corn on the cob, broccoli and carrots for lunch.

Then a skinny latte mid afternoon (HeA).

So now I just have tea left, and I was going to have salmon fillet (HeA) with brown rice and veg, but do I have to measure the salmon fillet and have a green day, or can I just have as much as I like and turn it into an EE day? I've had my 1/3 superfree with each meal as I tend to try and do that anyway, whatever colour day I'm doing.

So is it okay to switch or am I getting confused?!

Providing you've had your 1/3 superfree at each meal, then I can't see why it can't be an EE day. Just remember that you've already had you HEX's and it should be fine.

I'm not too good on EE but the only difference between that and a green day is on EE you only have 1 each of the HEX so you should be fine-I think! I'm sure some one will put you right if not! It's also worth remembering you can syn things like salmon if you want a green day and the fish! Your doing fine! Xx

You can definitely change to EE as long as you have heard a 1/3 superfree at every meal and only had 1 HEA and 1 HEB

I frequenly decide half way through the day to change because i fancy something different for tea than i first planned.
