cajun burgers

just bought the new sw magazine on page 1 shows a picture of cajun chicken burgers wich look lush but ther is no recipe for them ,does anybody have the recipe please ?

I would make them like regular burgers and add some cajun spice mix to them. You can get the cajun spice mix ready made (not sure if some might have syns or not) or if you google cajun spice mix, it'll bring you up a list of the spices/herbs that are in it and you can make your own.
