does anyone have a (hopefully) syn free beef stroganoff recipe??? i love my stroganoff but i normally use the packet mix and cream so i need some syn free(or low syn)

thanks for this, i knew i had seen it but i did a search for stroganoff and got nothing! lol! thats another meal sorted next week!
