Tried Tomato and Herb pot noodle in a mug after seeing it in the SW mag - was pleasantly surprised!!! They are good value (I think 44p), and a satisfying snack, free on green.
Anyone tried any of the other flavours?

do u mean 'mug shot'?
there about the same price

yes ive tried them all
the thai one is quite spicy, but nice
my favourte one is the chicken one and the tomarto one

i thought they were free on a EE, but unsure now, as i looked in my syn book and the thai one is 0.5 syn value

can anyone claifiy this for me??? cheers

i saw these in my big tesco's yesterday they were next to the mugshots, might get one to try next time im in, are all flavors free?

I tried the curry one, but think I had added too much water :( It was ok, but I thought it wasnt as filling as a mugshot. The noodles were very thin too.

I really like these, I can't have mugshots due to the dairy in them so the pot noodle ones are a good substitute. I like the curry one best, the chinese one was okay but tasted a bit watery.

They are very high in energy for a 'snack', most people find using them in this way slows down losses. They are better used as a meal bulked out with vegetables. xxx

I eat them regularly as snacks and still have fab weightlosses, guess every one is different x
