Does any one know how many syns there are in Smiths Frazzles, please?

When it comes to any food that isn't free or a healthy extra 20 cals = 1 syn. So you devide the cals in the whole packet by 20 and you have the syns.

Just looked on SW online and can't find them They're now made by Walkers but still branded Smiths due to "various ownership reasons"

Thanks guys.

I did have a look on SW but couldn't find them either .
Will take them as 6 syns if calculating them with the 20=1syn mark....

Thanks for the post sugar_lipswales - that is a great basis for working out syns when you haven't got a clue on how to get the syn value! Thanks again xx
