Is smoked river cobbler free on a red day ??

I have some in the freezer and fancy this with a poached egg on top for dinner !!

thanks , this was lovely , i had it with 198gm potatoes mashed and cooked on oven , like duchess potatoes , cauiflower and runner beans ,
i poached my fish in the milk left over from my HEXA and added a laughing cow light to the milk to make a sauce , and poached an egg to go on top of the fish
deffo SW comfort food !!

Did you leave the skin on your potatoes? Otherwise they would not be a HEB on a red day. Your dinner sounds lovely.
