How Do I create a new team?

There's lots of us wanting to join a team but no places

We used to have a weekly Biggest Loser but teams just wanted to support themselves within their team. So suggest you get together or advertise for others to join. Each team used to have 6 members including the leader and if the leader starts a thread in the teams section then they can change the title when they want. And you need to pick a name for your team.
