boursin light garlic & herb

i thought id read somewhere on here that this could be used as a heA?

is this correct? or if not how many syns?

Sorry but I don't think this will be right. Off the top of my head soft cheese is only a HEB and even then only on green days.

thanks circes, does anyone know if this particualar cheese can be used as a heB on a green day?

the book says its 2 syns for 28g which is the same value as for extra light philly and i know that can be used as a 'b' choice so im hoping the boursin is the same as its much nicer than philly imo.
