Hello everyone, so I had my second WI this morning and appear to have stayed the same which is a bit annoying as I followed the plan 100%. I have however been exercising alot which I did not do the last time I was on WW until I ha lost quite a bit of weight. Should I be exercising yet could this have caused me to STS?!
Anyway hopefully my next WI will be a bit more successful! 3lbs loss over 2 weeks is still good isn't it?

Sorry to hear that you didn't lose anything this week. At least you didn't put on (like someone I know). I started exercising the last time I was in WW (which was 2002) straight away and lost 2lbs the first week and then 4.5lbs the 2nd week. Maybe this was because I never dieted before and never exercised. Hopefully, we will be reporting better losses next week. Fingers crossed. Hope you have a good week. :)

Hi Sharkbait1983, I don't know why you stayed the same.. sometimes these things happen, disheartening I know, but I just wanted to say that imo any exercise you do is going to help with your weightloss so I wouldnt give it up, you will probably find that next week your loss will be really good and it is just your body adjusting to your new diet and exercise.

Good luck

sts is great, bet you see it next week, i starting ww class on tue, looking forward to being on this journey with you x

It is disheartening when you've had a STS but it's probably your body adjusting to the new diet and exercise. Also, if you're exercising a lot you may be building more muscle which is heavier than fat but you'll probably see a loss in inches on your body rather than weight. Keep going, I'm sure you'll see a good loss next time. Best of luck for next week!

It was my 2nd WI last week to and I STS, I was gutted, but also I had just joined the gym on the monday before the WI, so Im hoping on my next wi Ill see some loss. It was quite disheartening after I had been to the gym etc and followed the plan. Will see how I do next week.
