Decided to post my weigh in today. As suspected the load of weight i lost overnight when i was sick.....half of it went back on (lol) but ive still lost 6lbs this week......VERY happy xxx

Thanks everyone! Not noticed a huge difference, just my face a bit thinner and clothes fitting better but allgood differences xx

6lbs, is that all. Never going to catch me, oops better be careful.

No well done that must make you very chuffed.I hope some of it does not come back as you were sick. I doubt it will so it is all good.

I am catchin you lol! we wil see! not the end of the month yet. I already put 3-4lb back on aftr sick bug..i had lost 10lbs up until this morning lol.

Im mega happy with 6lbs tho x
