A Reintroduction

Hi my name is martin, and i have been a member of minimins for 3 or 4 years now my last visit was 27th may 2009,

Since then i have got married, you will be able to watch my wedding in the autumn on channel 4,

whist planning and during my big day (and the wifes) i was very concious of my weight i have got very big i dont know my weight..


Have had a bit of a wake up call my dad has been told he has to have a triple heart bypass got me thinking a bit.

i have been considering diet chef has anyone any experiance of deiting with them.

My wife and I applied to appear on a new Channel 4 show called the wedding house to be shown later in the year, to our shock we were one of 48 couple chosen to get married at their one stop wedding venue, with them taking care of dresses, suits, flowers and dressing the venue to our chosen theme.

my wife had a perfect day, i felt and looked like the fat controller...:cry:

Good luck on your journey Martin. It sounds with your family history and having just got married, you have good reason, a great motivation, to lose weight. This place is great to keep you going. Although when I'm having bad diet days, I tend to hide away from here in shame!

Thank you guys , have decided to postpone for the nexr 3 weeks as my kids are coming down to saty for three weeks so going to get all the naughtie bbq's and meals out of the way then start dieting with no distractions although i will be cutting out the crap with immeadiate effect.
