Am I doing this right now?!

Ok, I know this is 'extra easy' and everything, but I just can't get my head round it!!:(
I am doing extra easy, but am breastfeeding my 12 week old, so get an extra 4 healy extras:D I only found this out this morning after asking advice on here, so thought I'd pick your brains a bit more. I am worried I'm not doing things right, everyone at my first meeting had gained, except one lady who lost 4.5lbs and one who lost half a lb!!!

Today I have had:

B: apple, 2 alpen light bars
L: egg, 2 quorn sausages, 2 ww bread, mullerlight
D: super free salad, tuna, lighter than light mayo
Other: mullerlight, snack a Jack jumbo, small wine and soda, nectarine, grapes, 4 ligt cheese triangles

I THINK this adds up to 10.5 syns, 2 hea ( including milk for tea), and 2 heb. I am sure I'm not getting it right somewhere, am terrified of putting on a load of weight this week out of stupidity!? I know it looks like I eat a lot, breastfeeding makes me starving - hence me deciding to get to grips with my diet now!! Heeeeelllpppp!!!:sign0163:

I don't think it looks like you eat a lot! I eat more and I'm not breast feeding!

Please don't eat too little as your body will store everything - especially as you are feeding your little one.

If you are allowed 4 extra HE's, does that mean you can have 6 on extra easy? I would assume calcium based would be good (I think it helps weight loss but I may be wrong) If you are allowed them I'd have them all!!

Sorry I can't help much...would you be able contact your consultant before your next weigh in to clarify things for you a bit?

Good luck :)

You should be having 1/3 superfree with each meal, so that will help fill you up aswell. Your lunch didn't have any superfree, you could have added some tinned tomatoes and mushrooms.

You can phone or text/e-mail your Consultant if you want to check anything out with her. And keep asking us if you get befuddleduddled.

looks about right to me! As you said:
B: apple, 2 alpen light bars (first B)
L: egg, 2 quorn sausages, 2 ww bread (second B), mullerlight
D: super free salad, tuna, lighter than light mayo
Other: mullerlight, snack a Jack jumbo, small wine and soda, nectarine, grapes, 4 ligt cheese triangles (first A)

I assume you had the entire 250mls of milk throughout the day for your other A?
I think this is quite a good day, I dont think you've eaten too much at all so just eat when you are hungry, especially since you're breast feeding, and make sure you get loads of calcium! Eternity is right about trying to get 1/3 superfree fruit or veg into each meal though so this could help fill you up. Good luck :) definitely check with your C if in doubt though.

Thanks so much everyone, good to know I'm getting the general idea. I'll try to include more super free in my lunches, and have had cereal with milk as more healthy extra this morning. Think I'll try to use the healthy extras for cheese when I have some leftover for the calcium. I am trying to resist the urge to weigh myself now I'm halfway througgh the week....

Thanks again for all your help!!!
