Today has been a good day!

Graduated this morning then went into town, went clothes shopping and found myself two pairs of size 18 trousers! 18! I haven't been this size for 2 1/2 years

So pleased!

Anyway, just wanted to shout about it, no one I know would really understand why this is such a big deal for me! Has anyone else had any good news today?

Congratulations on your graduation and fall in clothes size

It feels great to be able to buy smaller clothes doesn't it?
My good news for the day is that this is the start of my 6 weeks holidays as school closed yesterday.

Fantastic day !!!! The smaller size thing is such a shot in the arm isn't it ?? It is the best incentive there is.

My good news today, I am so energised I have done some outside work I have promised myself I would do for the longest time, and why ??? because I too am smaller now the job was achievable.

Thanks! So good to be a new size, never thought I'd be so thrilled to be an 18, I remember when I hated it! haha!

Ooh 6 weeks off! Brilliant, do you have anything planned?

Thanks! It's so encouraging, really motivated now.

That's great news on getting the work done! I know there's lots of things I avoid now because of my size, but soon enough I'll be ready to tackle anything

Hahaha, ta. Well, there was a little bit of a debate with the people about my cap. My gown was too big, as was the hood but I managed to deal with it quite well. When the guy had fitted the gown he walked me over to the hats and said 'I'm guessing you've got a massive head'

He then put a gigantuous hat on my head and said 'oh, maybe not!' and just passed me the next size down. Fitted okay but wasn't as snug as everyone elses. I didn't wear it much because quite frankly, I felt ridiculous!
