Syns for Frys chicken style strips and chunky strips please

Hi, I have found some more yummy Frys vegetarian products today and wondered if anyone could work out the SW syns for me please. I have vegetarian chicken style strips 100g portion, kcal 238
protein 20.4 , carbohy 10, sugars 0.7, fat 13 , sat 5.2, mono un sat 6.24 , poly unsat 1.56, fibre 5.6, sodium 0.8,

Vegetarian chunky strips 100 g portion 203 kcal 19.9 protein, carbohy 22.7, sugars 5.3, fat 3.6, saturates 1.8, mono unsat 1.44, poly unsat 0.36, fibre 0.4 ,sodium 0.91.

Cant find the others but put it through the calculator and it came up as 3 syns for 100g.
