Ive been doing red/green day for 6 months and need a change as im going stale!
I want to try extra easy!
I will be okay for breakfast and dinner but im struggling for lunches at work as i dont really like salads!!
Can anyone give me any extra easy weightloss tips and lunch/meal ideas!
