This is a recipe my mum sent to me and it is LUSH!!
Take a big bunch of coriander (stalks as well) chop really finely or blitz if you can, add fat free plain yogurt, pepper, salt,
garam masala and mint and mix altogether until they make a paste then add 1 " cubes chicken breast and leave to marinate.
Skewer them and grill serve with salad, rice, and a wholemeal pitta bread (Healthy Extra)
