Have had a wee look in my shopping but cant find the points for red lentils anywhere.Does anyone know the points value? Making a big pot of lentil soup

Hi Blairsmummy,

According to my food list, 100g of dried split red lentils has 4.5 points. Hope that helps!

You couldn't send me some lentil soup could you, yummy!
