Ive told a couple of people im doing this diet and each one has said make sure you adjust your calories through out the weight loss period. This made sense but then i thought well how do i work out what im meant to have? Do i have the amount the guidelines say i should or just stick to SF numbers throughout? Basically what im trying to say is do i have a 600 cal meal throughout plus snacks and shakes. Or will these amounts change? Thanks in advance
