Nat oz 1st week & no weight lose, help

Done my 1st week on sw & very sadly I havent lost any weight, so heres my food diary for today & I will gladly welcome any advice.

Extra easy day

B. fast
fresh fruit & 2 cups of tea using skimmed milk (H extra opt A) & sweetener.

Mid Morning
2 weetabix (H extra opt B) & skimmed milk from H extra opt A

Lunch
Tuna salad with boiled new potatoes & 3 small plums

Dinner
SW egg & chips using fry light, fresh fruit with fat free yogurt & sweetener

Water
2.5 ltr

Syns
60g extra light mayo 2 syns
30g tom ketchup 2 syns
1 x 2 finger kit kat 6 syns
 
I don't personally follow EE but I wonder if you are getting your 1/3 superfree with all meals. Did you leave 1/3 of your plate free with your dinner to allow the 'room' for the fruit you had after?

I would try to add veg/salad to the meal rather than having it afterwards. I only do that when it's impossible to make the 1/3 plate superfree. So with the egg and chips, I would've added some mushrooms and grilled tomatoes.

I also wouldn't have my weetabix as a snack, that's just my preference, I'd have that first thing, and have the fruit as a mid morning snack. And I'd have fruit on my weetabix as well.

Your tea sounds ok, but make sure it's 1/3 of the whole meal that is superfree.
 
Be sure that EE works for you as it doesnt work for everyone. I never lose weight or i lose the bare minimum when i use EE. I have found that sticking to the original red day/green day just suits my weight loss better.
 
Sparkles, thanks for pointing that out as no I didnt leave 1/3 of my plate free for the fruit, Mummyhelen never even thought of using mushrooms & toms with the egg & chips, Mrs Lump Im going to see how I go with EE but I dont feel it will work for me either so will try red & green, guys thanks for the advice which I have taken on board & used in todays diary.

I have tried a red day today & I feel so much better & not bloated as when I was doing EE. Please if I am going wrong feel free to point me in the right direction.

Hi Donnajt, thanks for your advice which I will be using. I think EE days are just not for me as Ive changed to doing Red & Im not constanly bloated. Heres yesterdays food diary & please feel free to point out if I am going wrong & some tips.
