Had a naughty weekend

Draw a line under it and carry on as normal. DO attend weigh in or you're just likely to continue eating badly.
 
Draw a line, get back on the healthy stuff and move forward.....definately go to WI or as the others have said, you're likely to go on eating unhealthy things. Hope WI isn't as bad as you fear. xx
 
Thats the best thing that you can do Hun. Face the scales and do something about the result.
Get back on track now and you may surprise yourself...our bodies can do weird and wonderful things at times!
