Hi, does anyone know if mug shot is free on green days i've just bought some in morrisons they are on offer at the moment, also bought some of the new pot noodle in a mug curry flavour which are free on green days they'r e lovely!thanks Samx

Some are free, some have a few syns - what flavours do you have?

Hi I have tried on a few occasions to get the new pot noodle in a mug curry flavour but to no avail. Mug shots the ones that I know the syns are

Creamy Cheese - 2 syns
Tomato & Herb - Free

I've just bought the spicy sweet'n'sour flavour and the chicken flavour they were both the lowest fat ones they had there, Thanks Samx
