Morning everyone, i've not been about for a while so lots of new names to get to know.
I've been piddling about with this for the last couple of years having had a flying start losing 3 and half stone. Have put on 2 again and feeling rubbish.
My OH works nightshift 5 nights a week so most evenings I eat, well graze, constantly and i drink far too much alcohol. I can easily polish off a bottle of wine to myself and with each glass out comes the cheese, crisps etc so i'm feeling really lethargic and disappointed with myself.
I used to be a closet smoker until a few years ago when my daughter then aged about 9 caught me and was so upset that i immediately stopped and haven't looked back. I now want to do the same thing with alcohol before it becomes a problem. When i did this properly the first time, my skin was looking great, i had bags of energy and the weight just dropped off.
As old farty as it sounds, i used to knit so i'm off to the wool box and i'm going to sit at night and make something. I've got loads of photos to sort out and put in albums or scrapbooks and i quite enjoy pottering with card making. Plus, the kitchen is needing all the cupboards cleaned out and sorted.
Well, reading that back i make it sound like a walk in the park and should have myself sorted out in no time!!!!
I've got a family wedding in October so that is my motovation. My daughters are bridesmaids and they are going to look slim and gorgeous so i want to aswell.
