After a carb-up blip, what do you gain?

If you have a blip one day:break_diet:, where you eat shed loads of carbs, how quickly do you see a gain and is that gain water or fat?

What's the science bit?

The gain is usually very quick. Within 24 hrs in most cases.

It'll be glycogen/water. Unlikely to be fat unless you've eaten a few thousand calories in the blip, which I doubt :)
 
some people gain a pound or two of glycogen weight others gain more

i had a litte blip last week with one meal and gained 8lb but i know from past slips that will be gone before next weigh in
