weak/dizzy/lack of energy

hey guys, just looking for a bit of advice really from those of you who are more experienced with CD as to what i should do.

i'm on day 11 of CD atm, the first week on the plan i did SS and lost 12lbs. when i saw my CDC i asked to step up to the ss+ plan as a bit of an experiement in order to see what the losses on such a plan would be like.

because i was eating a meal at night the first 2 days i was doing ss+ i didnt eat all my CD meals (had 1 the first day and 2 the second day instead of 3). dont worry i'm well aware now of the dangers of deviating from the plan like this so will be never doing that again.

the problem is that for the last 2 days ive suffered with an extreme lack of energy. have literally barely been able to get out of bed. last night when i was cooking my ss+ meal (chicken and broccoli) had to literally sit on the floor in the kitchen half way through preparing it as felt so weak. even after having my 3 CD meals and chicken and brocolli yesterday still feel totally lacking in energy. woke up this morning and honestly felt like i might pass out. so i got myself a small bowl of cornflakes in order to get some energy into my bloodstream quickly. 30 minutes later and i feel slighly better but still head is spinning and lacking energy.

i have work tomorrow so i need to get rid of this feeling and get some energy back in myself. i guess i dont know what the best way to go about it would be. i never had this problem at all on ss, i'm full of energy so i'm thinking it might be a good idea to switch back to that plan from tomorrow as i really did feel loads better on it. maybe hoevering on the edge of ketosis in ss+ isnt good for me at all, idk.

sorry for the long post, im just thinking out loud i guess. i feel a bit worried as have never felt this poorly before with regards to lightheadedness and dizziness. has anyon else gone through anything like this? what do you think the best thing to do would be?

edit: the other option is of course that it isnt CD at all and i've caught some kind of bug. i keep going hot and cold which to me doesnt really sound diet related. tbh i really dont know, but it could be unrelated to CD at all.

for me if ive skipped packs the effects hit a day or 2 later and last a couple of days. i also get dizzy and weak if i drink less than my ideal amount of water. for me i need 4 litres of water a day, any less than 3.5l of water and the dizzyness hits

speak to your cdc and see what she suggests

for me i just split my packs to spread them out across the day to try and keep my blood sugar levels stable and i up my water, usually sorts its self out in a couple of days oh and i scale back the activitys till im feeling more on a level

thanks hunny, went to the GP today. its nothing cambridge related, ive got a contagious sinus bug apparently. should be well again for the end of the week :)
