Hi kerannwil and welcome to the forums! With regard to putting tickers and avatars onto your signature you need to have posted in the forum's a certain number of times. If you pop into the 'Introductions' forum one of the stickys at the top of the board has all of the information with regard to how many posts you need to have made in order to have more signature space and have an avatar! In order to get a ticker go to www.tickerfactory.com and half way down the first page on the left there is a link 'Weight Loss' click on this and follow the instructions.
