hi
i was wondering what the best low syn cheese is to have we norm have red leicester or cathedral city

any help would be great x

we used to use low low but last week we started using cathedral city light as its on offer for £2 at the moment in asda and its yummy!!!

You can have 42grms of Cathedral City Lighter as hexa or 28grms is 4.5 syns.

I use catherdral city lighter too , normally have it as HEXA (42g) syns are

I second the Tesco's lighter cheese. Bought it for the first time this week coz my Sister recommended it and it's lovely
I also really like Morrison's Eat Smart mature cheese from the deli counter
