Hi,
Does anyone know an estimation of syns for a Potato Scallop from the fish and chip shop?
I cant find a syn value anywhere and just wondered if anyone knew.

Thanks

ive never even heard of one, what is it?
and also, just so you know, there is a subforum specifically for syn values, so next time can you post requests like these there please, it just saves the mods having to move posts around :) xx

no idea but am guessing it would be high a scallop is a potato slice fried in batter I think they have different names across the country I think even the potato on those things absorbs the fat cuz they have always seemed very greasy to me.

If you have already eaten one right it off and get back on plan dont worry about it, if you havn't had one yet DONT DO IT LOL try making something similar yourself perhaps in the oven with breadcrumbs using a your B choice

ah thanks for letting me know.

Yeah i had it but fishcakes are 7syns and they have the fish in which would make it more and they are bigger so i figured it would be around 5 -7 syns and i havent had any other syns today.

It was only becuase there was no other source of food around lol i would have made something myself if i could have and it wasnt that nice but i wont be doing it again anyway.
